1. Apply Strong Adhesion Base Coat to all nails and let dry.
2. Starting at the center of the nail, apply above the cuticle line to the free edge and sides of the nail. Apply two coats for full-coverage!
3. Once dry, apply Fast Forward Top Coat.
Pro Tips:
1. Detail the surrounding skin with a cuticle stick and polish remover if nail polish reaches the skin.
2. Allow Top Coat to completely dry prior applying cuticle oil of cuticles and nails conditioning.
